Digital goods are consumed on delivery: the model run and spread cannot be returned unused.
If a charge succeeds but no content is generated, access does not open, or you are billed twice, we guarantee a 100% access grant or a full refund. Keep the receipt and write to us—we will prioritise the case.
Cancel any time in your account with one click. You keep the current period until it ends; the next cycle is not charged.
Started periods are not prorated unless a mandatory consumer law applies, you were double-charged, or we cannot deliver the core service we promised.
Send the order id, payment time, and a short description to support. We reply within 24 hours (acknowledgement and next steps).
Friendly fraud, stolen cards, or clear refund abuse may lead to a paused account and necessary reports to the processor or authorities.
